Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AGOSH handles, why we handle it, how organization and integration data stays protected, and the choices available to you.

Last updated September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AGOSH collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit the AGOSH Network, create an account, use an authenticated workspace, contact us, or connect a third-party service. It applies to AGOSH services that link to this policy.

AGOSH may process information for an organization that uses the Service. In those cases, the organization may control the information it puts into AGOSH and may have its own instructions or privacy notice. Contact the relevant organization for questions about its business records or relationship data.

Depending on how you use AGOSH, we may collect:

  • account and identity information, such as your name, email address, sign-in details, organization, role, and authentication records;
  • business and marketplace information, such as profiles, listings, certifications, locations, commercial preferences, messages, relationship records, and documents you choose to provide;
  • usage, device, and security information, such as browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages or features used, timestamps, diagnostics, audit events, and security signals;
  • support and communication information, including questions, feedback, attachments, and preferences for receiving service messages;
  • information made available by a connected provider when you authorize an integration, including account identifiers, organization identifiers, and the data required for the selected AGOSH feature.

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, personalize, and improve the AGOSH Network, workspaces, APIs, integrations, and support;
  • authenticate users, maintain organization and role boundaries, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect the security and reliability of the Service;
  • maintain activity, authority, and transaction records so organizations can review what happened and why;
  • help users discover businesses, products, services, and opportunities according to the permissions and visibility settings that apply;
  • process billing, payments, invoices, notifications, and other requests made by you or your organization;
  • provide AI-assisted drafting, search, summarization, classification, and workflow features when enabled, subject to the permissions and instructions for that feature;
  • meet legal, regulatory, contractual, and legitimate business obligations, and communicate important changes or security notices.

We share information only as needed to provide the Service, follow your instructions, protect the platform, or meet legal obligations. This may include sharing with service providers that host infrastructure, deliver email, process payments, provide security, support analytics, or help operate the Service under confidentiality and security commitments.

Information you choose to publish or send through the business network may be visible to the intended audience, such as a prospective counterparty or a member of your organization. We do not make private relationship terms, pricing, transaction history, or account credentials public by default.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to investigate security or abuse; to protect people or property; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. AGOSH does not sell personal information.

If you connect QuickBooks Online or another provider, AGOSH accesses only the scopes and data needed for the feature you authorize. You can disconnect the integration through AGOSH where that control is available. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically erase records that you or your organization asked AGOSH to create or retain.

Financial and accounting data received from a connected provider is used to provide the requested business feature, security, audit, support, and legal functions. AGOSH does not sell that data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Provider terms and privacy practices also apply to the provider’s handling of the data.

AGOSH uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, tenant and organization scoping, encrypted connections, audit records, least-privilege integration access, and monitoring for suspicious activity. No service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Access tokens and credentials for connected services are kept server-side and are not intended to be exposed in the browser or shared with other users. We limit personnel access to information to what is needed for authorized operational purposes.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and auditability, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect legitimate business interests. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the organization’s settings.

You may request deletion of an account or personal information through the support channel associated with your account. We will assess the request under applicable law and may retain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial records, or the rights of another person or organization.

Depending on where you live and the role your organization plays, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also manage profile visibility, organization access, connected services, and communication preferences through available AGOSH controls.

To make a privacy request, use the support channel associated with your account and tell us what you are requesting. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If AGOSH processes information for your organization, we may direct the request to that organization.

AGOSH may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate. When information moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children who are not legally able to use it.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal requirements change. We will post the new version here and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.

For privacy questions, data requests, or concerns about connected provider data, use the support channel associated with your AGOSH account. Include enough detail for us to understand the request, but do not send passwords, secret keys, or access tokens.
