Verification & trust
Trust is part of the transaction, not a back-office concern.
In B2B trade, the riskiest moment is the first one — deciding whether the business on the other side is real. AGOSH puts the evidence where that decision is made.
Progressive verification
Four levels, each unlocking more of the network
A business is never asked to prove everything at once. Capability grows with evidence.
- 01
Unverified
Profile created. Not yet reviewed.
- Draft profile
- Browse the network
- 02
Contact verified
A named representative and a working business email are confirmed.
- Publish a profile
- Send and receive invitations
- 03
Business verified
Legal identity and trading address confirmed against registry evidence.
- Appear in marketplace search
- Post opportunities
- Request quotes
- 04
Trade verified
Sustained transaction history with no unresolved disputes.
- Verified badge on listings
- Priority ranking
- Higher relationship limits
Only business-verified and trade-verified profiles appear in public search. Trade verification is earned through sustained transaction history and is never self-assigned.
What you can see
Signals that answer the question you actually have
Each one exists to reduce a specific risk, and each one is readable at the point of decision.
Business verification
Legal identity and trading address confirmed against registry evidence before a profile appears in search.
Compliance evidence
Certifications carry an issuing body and an expiry date, and are attached to the profile rather than claimed in prose.
Response behaviour
How quickly a business answers an enquiry, so you know what to expect before you send one.
Audit trail
Every authority decision and change is recorded, hash-chained, and exportable. Enterprise confidence, not a black box.
Private by default
Relationship terms, pricing, and transaction history stay between the two businesses involved. Contact details are never published.
Appeal paths
Every reputation signal can be disputed, and high-impact status changes are reviewable rather than automatic.
Guardrails
What we will not do with trust
Reputation systems fail when they are allowed to overreach. These are the limits AGOSH holds to.
- Verification never implies guaranteed quality. It means the business is who it says it is.
- Reputation signals always have an appeal and dispute path.
- Confidential relationship and transaction details are private by default.
- High-impact status changes are reviewable, not silent.
- Stronger capabilities unlock only with stronger verification.
- Compliance and payment requirements are localised by market.
